Clothed with Wisdom

Scripture: “She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.” — Proverbs 31:26 (NIV)

In a culture that often measures a woman’s worth by appearance, performance, or titles, God invites us to something far more enduring—a life shaped by wisdom.

The woman in Proverbs 31 isn’t celebrated for perfection but for her posture of heart. Her words carry weight because they are rooted in truth. Her strength and dignity are not earned through effort—they are received through trust in God.

Wisdom isn’t just knowing the right answers; it’s aligning our lives with God’s ways. It’s the quiet, steady confidence that helps us care for our families, nurture our relationships, serve with grace, and make decisions with peace. It shows up not just in big moments, but in the daily rhythms of life—how we respond, how we lead, how we love.

We will all face moments of uncertainty, exhaustion, or indecision. But James 1:5 reminds us: if we need wisdom, all we have to do is ask—and God will provide it generously.

So whether you’re navigating motherhood, singleness, marriage, career choices, ministry, or just the daily demands of life, know this: you don’t have to walk alone, and you don’t need to have all the answers. Lean into God. Listen for His voice. Trust that He will guide you, step by step.

Reflection Questions:

  • Where in your life do you most need God’s wisdom today?

  • How can you intentionally make space to listen for His voice?

  • Is there a woman in your life you can learn from—or encourage with your own wisdom?

Prayer:

Father, thank You for the gift of Your wisdom. In a noisy world, help me to pause and listen for Your voice. Clothe me with strength and dignity so I may speak wisely and live purposefully. Shape my life to reflect Your heart. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Freedom in Christ

I think about the times God has saved and protected me. When I was with the wrong people, in places I shouldn’t have been. The moments friends, advisors, and Elders have “randomly” checked in on me

Freedom From the Spirit of Self-Sufficiency

Years ago, a friend of mine repented and prayed against the spirit of self-sufficiency. Just hearing this made my ears more attentive, and I began reflecting on the times I took control of situations
